Previous New Zealand skipper and board individual from Welsh locale the Scarlets Sean Fitzpatrick said on Saturday a club window is expected to make rugby an “appealing item”.

“Until we get a club window where we can get every one of our internationals on the field it’s anything but an appealing item,” he added.
Fitzpatrick won the debut Rugby World Cup in 1987 and upholds the possibility of a homegrown same.
