Italian rider Francesco Bagnaia took shaft in record style for the Aragon MotoGP in qualifying on Saturday in front of his Ducati colleague Jack Miller.
The first line is finished by Fabio Quartararo, Yamaha’s title chief.
Bagnaia asserted best position with another quickest lap at the Motorland circuit.
His shaft securing exertion of 1min 46.322s bettered the past quickest season of 1:46.635 set by Marc Marquez in 2015.
Six-time best on the planet Marquez put fourth in meeting all requirements to make up an all-Spanish second line with Jorge Martin and Aleix Espargaro.
